Analysis of Load-Sharing and Contact Characteristics of the Concentric Face Gear Split-Torque Transmission System with Elastic Supports

چکیده

The concentric face gear split-torque transmission system (CFGSTTS) is a new form of drive that primarily used in helicopter systems. Its load-sharing performance among different branches and tooth contact characteristics have great impact on the service life transmissions. It contains ten meshing pairs, load distribution complicated, areas are difficult to determine. Therefore, based multi-point constraint method nonconforming grid, quasi-static analysis model CFGSTTS coupled with flexible supports was established were studied. considered support stiffness, backlash, installation error, web structure upper gear, which could comprehensively reflect state system. coefficient curves, area diagram, force obtained. results indicated (1) larger idler stiffness smaller input achieve better equalization performance; (2) between gears be acquired lower factor approximately 0.9; (3) increasing axial mounting error caused shift top inner end tooth, detrimental transmission; (4) adjusting backlash gears, tail had little influence balance contact.
